Ronaldo, who won his fourth Ballon d'Or in December, has played a crucial role in helping Real reach the final in Cardiff.
The 32-year-old scored hat-tricks against Bayern Munich and Altetico Madrid in the quarter and semi-final stages of the competition.
The Portuguese more recently helped guide Madrid to La Liga glory.
